- Pre-lubricated Gearbox : Pre-filled with LCKC150/200# gear oil for immediate use. Users must remove the rubber vent plug before startup to prevent oil leakage and ensure proper gearbox operation.
- Maintenance Notes : Before operation , adjust the adjustable nuts to balance 2 rollers , preventing machine damage. Lubricate the grinding chamber every 4-6months using high-temperature grease (not included). This practice enhances the wood pellet mill's long-term performance and durability.
