Important Facts:

• This Plan only covers a Geothermal Water Source Heat Pump (excludes pump and loop). All purchases of this plan must be verified for AHRI certification before coverage can be validated. If the unit is not properly certified with an AHRI #, the plan will be voided/refunded.
• This is a Labor Warranty Plan. Parts & Compressors are covered separately under the Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. Only parts for units that are properly registered according to the Manufacturer guidelines will be eligible for replacement under coverage in this Plan. See Terms and Conditions for more detailed information.
• *This plan DOES NOT cover refrigerant used in leak detection/diagnosis or to "top off" equipment in order for it to cool while awaiting repair.
• Plans cannot be purchased for individual cased evaporator coils.
• Claims cannot be filed and will not be accepted before the standard waiting period expires (90-days).
• This coverage does not cover DOA units. DOA claims must be resolved with the manufacturer through the distributor as per our Claims Policy: https://www.theacoutlet.com/shipping-policy/.
