Mangrove Jacks M02 is a high ester (flavour) producing cider yeast strain imparting wonderful flavour depth, revealing the full fruit potential.
This cider yeast makes exceptionally crisp, flavoursome and refreshing ciders.

Alcohol Tolerance: 17.5%
Usage Directions: Sprinkle directly on up to 23 L (5 gallons) of apple juice. For best results, ferment at 12-28 degrees C (54-82 degrees F).
